About the Role
As an Automotive Service Technician with Crossroads Automotive Group, you'll perform diagnostic work, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles. You'll work directly with our team to keep our Wake County customers' vehicles running smoothly while adhering to manufacturer and dealership standards.
What You'll Do
- Examine customer vehicles to assess their current condition
- Identify necessary repairs and maintenance needs
- Estimate repair costs accurately for customer review
- Perform repairs and service according to manufacturer specifications and dealership guidelines
- Handle general automotive maintenance and service work efficiently
- Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with automotive maintenance and service
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Commitment to a safe and organized work environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Factory technician training is a plus; we support continued training and development
