About the Role

This full-time nephrologist role is based in Parkway, Gwinnett County, and centers on outpatient nephrology practice across two clinic locations. You'll see approximately 15 patients per shift during standard business hours—Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with an eight-hour shift structure and a one-hour lunch break. Hospital admissions form an integral part of your clinical responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
• Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies to guide clinical decisions
• Develop personalized treatment plans for nephrological conditions
• Prescribe and monitor medications; coordinate therapies with referring physicians
• Handle hospital admissions and follow inpatient care when clinically needed
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams across both locations
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in nephrology
• Unrestricted medical license for Georgia practice
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient nephrology settings
