2 Clinicians Needed (LCSW/LMFT) – Fairfield/Vacavi

Amergis is hiring two licensed clinicians (LCSW/LMFT) in Suisun, Solano County to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. This is a full-time position serving patients and clients across all age groups in Fairfield and surrounding communities.

About the Role

As a licensed clinical social worker or licensed marriage and family therapist with Amergis, you'll be a core member of our clinical team, working directly with individuals and families to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based mental health services. You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for patients experiencing emotional and social challenges.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with patients and families
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling across the lifespan
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share clinical insights
• Document sessions and maintain clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Help patients and families navigate social and community resources
• Contribute to treatment planning and care plan modifications as patients progress

What We're Looking For

• Valid California LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) licensure
• Experience providing direct mental health services to diverse patient populations
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare environment
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills
• Compassion, cultural competence, and ability to build therapeutic relationships
• Willingness to participate in team-based care coordination
