Danaher Business System Leader, Marketing (Continuous Improvement Leader)

Danaher seeks a Business System Leader in Marketing for its Austin, Travis County location. This full-time position provides the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across marketing operations while advancing organizational excellence through Danaher Business System (DBS) principles and lean methodology.

About the Role

You'll lead process transformation and operational efficiency across our marketing function. This role combines strategic improvement leadership with hands-on execution, helping teams work more effectively while delivering greater business value. You'll be the driving force behind identifying workflow gaps, removing waste, and building sustainable capability in our marketing organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead continuous improvement projects aligned with Danaher Business System standards
• Coach marketing teams on lean thinking, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Implement sustainable solutions that enhance marketing productivity, quality, and team effectiveness
• Measure, track, and communicate improvement results against established metrics
• Build organizational capability by training teams and embedding best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align marketing operational improvements with enterprise excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence programs
• Working knowledge of lean methodology, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement frameworks
• Demonstrated success coaching and influencing teams across multiple functions
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in metrics, data analysis, and results tracking
• Marketing operations, business operations, or similar background preferred
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
