What You'll Do
- Build and maintain professional relationships with nursing candidates interested in travel healthcare positions
- Reach out to prospective recruits and conduct initial recruitment conversations
- Develop positive, trust-based connections to understand candidate needs and preferences
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process
- Provide responsive, high-quality service to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Maintain organized records and follow up consistently with prospects and placements
