As an On-Demand Guest Advocate at our North Miami Beach location, you'll work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment where every interaction matters. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of our store while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do

• Process guest transactions quickly and accurately at checkout while maintaining a welcoming demeanor
• Assist guests with product selection and location across general merchandise, apparel, food and beverage, and home categories
• Support fulfillment operations, including order picking and order assembly
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout assigned areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays in assigned departments

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours in an on-demand capacity
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple departments and responsibilities
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping guests
