About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling better decision-making and execution across our business. You'll drive cross-functional coordination among product, marketing, operations, and finance teams—helping translate strategy into reality as we rapidly grow.
What You'll Do
- Support executive leadership in developing and communicating strategic priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, supply chain, marketing, and customer operations
- Manage special projects tied to our growth across Amazon, Shopify DTC, and additional retail channels
- Identify operational constraints and help design scalable processes for our expanding organization
- Own metrics, tracking, and progress measurement against key business objectives
- Synthesize information and data to inform executive decision-making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development as we scale
What We're Looking For
- Experience in strategy, operations, or executive roles at high-growth organizations
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Background in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, supply chain, or consumer brands is a plus
- Self-directed, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities

In under 18 months, we've scaled to 80 team members and established a presence across Amazon, direct-to-consumer sales via Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
