About the Role

As a Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of mental health professionals in our Park Ridge location. This is a full-time position where you'll make a direct impact on patients' lives through evidence-based psychological care and treatment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist with active licensure in Illinois
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Experience working in a healthcare or integrated care setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
