About the Role

As a Territory Account Specialist, you'll own a defined geographic territory serving key healthcare accounts and partners in dermatology. This position combines strategic account management with hands-on field engagement, requiring regular travel throughout your assigned region to cultivate lasting relationships and execute territory growth initiatives aligned with Novartis business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute tailored territory account strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare accounts, dermatology professionals, and organizational stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities and support account development initiatives within your assigned geography
• Provide product education and clinical information to customers and healthcare providers
• Meet territory performance targets while maintaining accurate records and reporting market insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
• Communicate customer feedback and market intelligence that inform business strategy
