About the Role

As Receptionist/Patient Accounts Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and coordinating point for our orthopaedic practice. You'll connect patients, physicians, clinical staff, and visitors—managing the flow of communication and keeping our front office organized and efficient to support quality patient care.

What You'll Do

• Greet and register patients upon arrival; collect insurance and contact information
• Schedule appointments and manage the call queue
• Handle patient accounts, billing inquiries, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and front-office documentation
• Coordinate between patients, clinical staff, and providers to ensure seamless care delivery
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls appropriately
• Perform general office administrative and clerical support duties
