About the Role

As a CDL-A Lease Driver, you'll operate refrigerated semi-trucks hauling temperature-controlled freight across the continental United States. This is a genuine lease purchase opportunity — you become a business partner with Harpers rather than a traditional company driver, earning revenue directly from the freight you haul and building equity in your operation.

What You'll Do

• Manage over-the-road reefer freight operations on consistent, profitable routes nationwide
• Maintain your CDL-A and comply with all DOT safety and regulatory requirements
• Operate and maintain your leased refrigerated semi-truck with professionalism and care
• Build strong relationships with shippers and receivers for repeat freight opportunities
• Manage the business side of your lease operation — tracking mileage, fuel, and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license with reefer freight experience preferred
• Minimum two years of over-the-road commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and strong DOT safety compliance history
• Mechanical aptitude and ownership mentality toward your equipment
• Business-minded approach — you'll manage your own lease operation within our partnership
• Dedication to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Compensation & Lease Terms

Successful lease drivers earn 82% of gross line haul revenue plus 100% fuel surcharge (FSC). You'll have access to one of the nation's largest freight networks through our partnership with a major national carrier, ensuring steady, profitable freight opportunities throughout the year.
