About the Role

As Human Resources Manager at Legends Global's Yankee Stadium location, you'll oversee HR functions that keep our venue operations running smoothly. This full-time position is based in High Bridge and Morrisania, Bronx, where you'll support staff across event management, guest services, and facility operations. Legends Global partners with the world's most prestigious live events and venues, and your HR expertise will be central to delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff for seasonal and year-round positions across the venue
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company HR policies
• Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Support training initiatives and staff development programs
• Foster a positive workplace culture across diverse teams
• Partner with operations leadership on staffing needs and organizational planning

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent HR functions
• Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with HR management systems and Microsoft Office
