About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate at Crunch Fitness in Frisco, you're the gateway to our members' fitness journeys. You'll process check-ins, answer questions, handle transactions, and create a positive first impression that sets the tone for every visit. This is a full-time position where your energy and hustle directly impact the member experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in members and guests with genuine enthusiasm
• Process new memberships, renewals, and payment transactions
• Answer questions about club facilities, classes, trainers, and services
• Schedule facility tours, personal training consultations, and fitness assessments
• Handle member questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Manage administrative tasks including data entry and record-keeping
• Support other team members to deliver exceptional member service

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience or genuine passion for helping people
• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic personality
• Comfort handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
