About the Role

What You'll Do

- Build, mentor, and oversee high-performing teams across the organization
- Collaborate with state legislators, policymakers, and community partners on policy and program advancement
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements governing vision rehabilitation and disability services
- Track program outcomes, measure impact, and drive continuous operational improvement
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in executive or senior leadership roles within government, nonprofit, or public service sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, and budget oversight
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across government and community networks
- Knowledge of disability services, vocational rehabilitation, vision services, or related public health fields is valued
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced professional experience in public administration, management, or related field
