About the Role

The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program is an intensive, mentorship-driven initiative designed to bridge the transition from nursing education to clinical practice. As a new graduate RN, you'll work alongside experienced nursing mentors and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, rotating through various clinical settings to build broad competency in patient care delivery, clinical decision-making, and professional nursing standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, including bedside assessment, patient monitoring, and evidence-based treatment delivery under preceptor supervision
• Participate in structured educational modules designed to strengthen clinical knowledge and professional nursing competencies
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately, maintain clinical records, and adhere to regulatory and safety standards
• Apply critical thinking to care planning with mentorship and constructive feedback from experienced nurses
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or commitment to obtaining Florida licensure prior to hire
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program within the past 12–24 months or current graduate status
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to patient-centered, compassionate care delivery
• Collaborative mindset and ability to function in a dynamic healthcare setting
