About the Role

Blufox Mobile is hiring a Store Manager for our North Fort Lauderdale location to oversee daily store operations, develop your sales team, and achieve revenue targets. This hands-on leadership position combines strategic thinking with day-to-day store management, where you'll directly influence business performance and team success.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop retail sales team members to deliver results
• Lead by example—coach team members to meet sales goals and exceed customer service standards
• Monitor store performance metrics, inventory levels, and operational efficiency daily
• Create and execute strategies to grow revenue, customer retention, and brand loyalty
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll administration, and performance evaluations
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Partner with corporate leadership to implement company initiatives and campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail store management or sales leadership experience
