Head of Clinical Supply Chain

Treeline Biosciences is hiring a Head of Clinical Supply Chain to lead supply chain operations from our Watertown location. You'll direct the clinical supply chain function across early and late-stage development programs, managing strategy, operations, and team growth in a full-time role.

About the Role

As Head of Clinical Supply Chain, you'll own the end-to-end supply chain activities supporting our clinical development portfolio. You'll establish supply chain strategies that ensure reliable material availability, navigate the complexities of clinical trial logistics, and build a high-performing team. This is a key operational leadership position within our Technical Operations group.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the clinical supply chain team, setting direction and mentoring direct reports
• Design and execute clinical supply chain strategies aligned with program timelines and regulatory requirements
• Manage procurement, manufacturing coordination, distribution, and inventory for clinical materials
• Partner with clinical operations, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams to meet supply demands
• Develop processes and metrics to optimize supply chain efficiency, cost, and compliance
• Ensure continuous material availability for early and late-stage clinical programs
• Establish vendor relationships and oversee supply chain vendor performance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of supply chain management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar regulated industries
• Proven leadership experience building and managing supply chain teams
• Deep knowledge of clinical supply chain, regulatory pathways, and GMP requirements
• Strong program management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance cost, quality, and timeline in complex, dynamic environments
• Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics
