About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager with Mms Group, you will report directly to the Property Manager and support the smooth running of our residential properties in Hialeah. This on-site, full-time position centers on a 151-unit affordable housing community, where you'll play a hands-on part in keeping operations efficient and residents satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Property Manager on the overall management of assigned residential properties
- Help coordinate the daily operations of a 151-unit affordable housing community
- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional, timely manner
- Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention efforts across the property
- Maintain accurate property records and contribute to affordable housing compliance
- Step in to manage property matters in the Property Manager's absence when needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a comparable property management role
- Familiarity with residential and, ideally, affordable property management operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and resident-service skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support the Property Manager and wider team
