About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in our US Corporate Development function, you'll take on a leadership role in complex, high-stakes projects spanning the full investment lifecycle. You'll partner with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute growth strategies that position Deloitte for long-term competitive advantage. This is an opportunity to influence strategic direction while developing expertise in corporate development, market strategy, and business transformation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to identify strategic investment opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex initiative planning and execution
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations that inform executive decision-making
• Support due diligence, valuation, and integration activities for strategic investments
• Build financial models and strategic frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities
• Communicate findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders and investment committees
• Drive transformation initiatives that accelerate organizational capability and market reach

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in strategy, business, finance, or consulting
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in business planning
• Excellent communication abilities—verbal and written—for diverse audiences
• Experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high-impact initiatives
