Sr. Manager, Solutions Consultant Team Lead – Business Cards & Payments (Remote Eligible)

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Consultant Team Lead for its Business Cards & Payments division, based in Chisolm. This remote-eligible, full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a Solutions Consultant team focused on serving small business owners with innovative payment and cards solutions.

About the Role

You'll lead and develop a Solutions Consultant team dedicated to helping small business owners succeed with Capital One's business cards and payment offerings. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with direct mentorship, fostering a team culture centered on solving real small business challenges and driving sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Solutions Consultants; manage team performance, accountability, and results delivery
• Guide the Solutions Consultant team in delivering value to small business customers across the Business Cards & Payments portfolio
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for team growth, expanded customer reach, and market impact
• Create a collaborative team environment focused on understanding and addressing real small business owner needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance product solutions and remove customer obstacles
• Own recruiting, hiring, development, and retention initiatives to build and sustain a strong team

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership and team management experience in customer-facing, sales, or solutions consulting environments
• Substantial background in business payments, financial services, business cards, or analogous B2B financial products
• Strategic thinking balanced with customer-centric problem solving and execution discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage effectively across organizational functions
• Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
