About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician, you'll lead diagnostic and repair operations on some of the world's most sophisticated European sports cars. JP Euro serves a clientele who demands the highest standards of workmanship and technical expertise. You'll be responsible for complex repairs, system diagnostics, and ensuring every vehicle meets our exacting quality standards before it leaves our facility.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Porsche vehicles across all model generations
- Execute complex mechanical, electrical, and engine work using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Lead by example, mentoring junior technicians and maintaining shop efficiency standards
- Document all work meticulously and communicate findings directly with customers
- Stay current with Porsche technical bulletins, recalls, and manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated problems that require deep expertise and creative problem-solving
What We're Looking For
- Proven master-level technician experience specifically with Porsche vehicles
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Proficiency with factory diagnostic tools and computer-based repair systems
- Deep understanding of modern automotive electronics and engine management systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex service operations
- Excellent customer communication skills and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and willingness to test-drive vehicles
