This role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 USD, with opportunity to earn up to $24.00 USD per hour based on performance and experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage guests with genuine expertise in fashion, electronics, cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance
- Make personalized product recommendations that match customer needs and preferences
- Build loyalty through thoughtful service and product knowledge in Style, Tech, and Beauty departments
- Support sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, organized sales floor
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on product launches, promotions, and beauty and tech trends
