What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate notary signing appointments with clients and mobile notaries
• Manage appointment calendars and ensure proper time allocation for each signing
• Prepare and organize notary documents for upcoming signings
• Communicate with clients regarding appointment details, location information, and document requirements
• Track signing completion and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Assist with compliance documentation and notary service requirements
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and client correspondence
• Support mobile notaries with scheduling, route planning, and logistical coordination
• Maintain client and transaction databases to ensure information accuracy
