Skillbridge Associate Technical Sourcer (for military members only)

Join Maximus as an Associate Technical Sourcer supporting the Department of Defense's Skillbridge program in Tallahassee, Leon County. This full-time position is exclusively for military members and veterans transitioning to civilian careers.

About the Role

You'll be the backbone of our recruiting operation, managing critical pieces of the talent acquisition process. Working within Maximus's government contracting division, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire hiring cycle while supporting recruitment for new contracts and strategic proposals in the technical sourcing space.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and communications with candidates and hiring teams
• Track offer status and manage offer-stage documentation
• Support new hire onboarding coordination and administrative tasks
• Generate recruiting metrics, hiring reports, and insights for business unit leadership
• Contribute to recruiting meetings with data and process recommendations
• Master recruiting systems and tools used across the organization
• Support hiring initiatives across technical roles for government and commercial contracts

What We're Looking For

• Military member or veteran eligible for the Department of Defense Skillbridge program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willingness to learn recruiting best practices and new software systems
• Interest in understanding technical hiring and government contracting
