About the Role

As Commercial Growth Lead, Retail & Channel Programs for Apple Music, you'll develop and execute strategies that unlock subscriber growth through retail partnerships and channel distribution. You'll work at the intersection of product, commerce, and partnerships—collaborating with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to identify and capture growth opportunities in the music streaming market.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive growth strategies for Apple Music's retail and channel programs
• Identify, evaluate, and partner with key retailers and distribution channels to expand market reach
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and subscriber acquisition
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
• Create and execute go-to-market programs that increase visibility and adoption of Apple Music
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize channel performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align channel strategies with broader business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, commercial partnerships, retail strategy, or related roles
• Proven track record of identifying and scaling revenue-generating partnerships
• Strong understanding of music streaming, consumer technology, or subscription-based services
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
• Ability to work with data and use insights to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in or willing to work in the Palms, Los Angeles area
