Wyo-Ben is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Billings, Montana headquarters. In this full-time role, you'll drive product strategy and development for our specialized clay-based solutions serving energy, water, agriculture, and industrial markets across North America and beyond.
About the Role
As Product Manager at Wyo-Ben, you'll own the product lifecycle from market research and strategy through launch and optimization. You'll work directly with our manufacturing teams in Wyoming, sales leadership, and customers to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into compelling product roadmaps that drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market demand across our diverse customer base
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities in oil and gas drilling, water well services, specialty chemical, and related industrial segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver products that meet customer specifications and market requirements
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand evolving needs and gather actionable feedback
- Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and recommend iterative improvements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in industrial materials, specialty chemicals, or related B2B sectors
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to translate data into product decisions
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Familiarity with oil and gas, drilling, or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience
