About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in our Red Oak kitchen, contributing to every meal we prepare. Working alongside our kitchen team, you'll ensure quality and consistency while supporting our dine-in guests and fulfilling delivery and take-out orders.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items including pizzas, chicken dishes, fresh salads, and desserts
• Follow recipe standards and kitchen procedures to maintain quality and food safety
• Operate kitchen equipment with care and efficiency
• Coordinate with your team to keep orders moving promptly and accurately
• Package meals properly for take-out and delivery service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the kitchen
• Respond to feedback from kitchen leadership and adapt to restaurant needs

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchens is a plus
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for extended shifts and handle physical demands of kitchen work
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to food safety practices and cleanliness standards
• Willingness to take direction and contribute to a positive work environment
