About the Role

As a Dual Rate Supervisor at our Las Vegas property, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of several table gaming stations during your assigned shift. This is a hands-on leadership position where you directly manage table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and Pai Gow. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, protecting company assets, and building a motivated, professional team.

What You'll Do

• Supervise multiple table games on your assigned shift with comprehensive working knowledge of each game's rules and procedures
• Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with casino policies, gaming regulations, and Caesars Entertainment standards
• Provide direct coaching and positive motivation to dealers and gaming staff
• Address guest service issues promptly and professionally to enhance player experience and satisfaction
• Implement security protocols to safeguard company assets and prevent loss
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records of gaming operations
• Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and service excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a gaming or hospitality environment
• Working knowledge of table games, particularly Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and Pai Gow
• Strong understanding of casino gaming rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate staff
• Sharp attention to detail and observation skills for security and compliance
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
