About the Role

This full-time nursing position places you at the heart of surgical and oncology care, where you'll work alongside experienced practitioners and interdisciplinary teams to support patients through some of their most critical moments. Your expertise in gastroenterological and cancer care will directly impact patient outcomes and recovery.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and medication administration in surgical and oncology settings
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during procedures and surgical interventions
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, post-procedure protocols, and self-care management
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and coordinate patient information across the care team
• Implement evidence-based nursing practices and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient care and safety

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical and oncology environment
• Willingness to develop expertise in GI surgery and oncology specializations

Sign-On Bonus Opportunities

We offer competitive sign-on bonuses to attract talented nursing professionals. Recent graduates (class of 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026) with less than one year of RN experience are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Experienced nurses with one or more years of RN experience can earn a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates accepting a sign-on bonus commit to a two-year employment period.
