Advatix, Inc. is hiring a Foundation Drill Rig Operator to join our team in Elk River, Minnesota. This is a full-time position supporting critical foundation drilling operations in Sherburne County, with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced drill rig operator to manage foundation drilling equipment and ensure safe, efficient project execution. You'll operate specialized drilling rigs at active construction sites, maintaining equipment performance and meeting project timelines while working closely with our construction clients and crew members.
What You'll Do
- Operate foundation drilling rigs with precision, accuracy, and safety
- Inspect rigs and drilling equipment before and after each shift
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting to keep equipment operational
- Coordinate with crew members and project supervisors on drilling schedules and site requirements
- Document rig performance, maintenance activities, and operational details
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Maintain the rig and work area in clean, organized condition
What We're Looking For
- Substantial hands-on experience operating foundation drill rigs
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems independently
