Sr Relationship Manager – Global Commercial Bank – West Palm Beach

About the Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Commercial Banking group, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market to large commercial clients. You'll be responsible for understanding their business goals, identifying opportunities to deliver comprehensive banking solutions, and building long-term partnerships that support their growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Manage and expand client relationships within your assigned portfolio, focusing on revenue growth and cross-selling opportunities across commercial banking products
• Lead credit discussions, analyze financial statements, and structure financing solutions tailored to client needs and Bank of America's risk standards
• Collaborate with specialists in lending, treasury services, investment banking, and other divisions to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop business plans and sales strategies for assigned accounts, identifying new market opportunities and competitive advantages
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, communicate product innovations, and strengthen relationships
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering protocols, and Bank of America policies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial banking, relationship management, or commercial lending experience
• Proven track record in business development and managing complex client relationships
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to structure loans and evaluate creditworthiness
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence at senior levels
• Knowledge of commercial banking products, cash management, and trade finance
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and business units
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
