About the Role

As a Tax Senior Manager focused on corporations, you'll deliver strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services while building deep client relationships and mentoring emerging tax professionals. This full-time position offers hands-on leadership of complex engagements and the opportunity to shape tax outcomes for growing businesses across Orange County.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute corporate tax strategies tailored to each client's business structure and objectives
• Prepare, review, and quality-control corporate tax returns and supporting documentation
• Conduct in-depth tax research on evolving corporate regulations and planning opportunities
• Manage client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary tax advisor and relationship lead
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical growth and client communication skills
• Identify and communicate tax-optimization strategies that reduce client liability and improve cash flow
• Stay abreast of tax law changes and proactively advise clients on implications and timing

What We're Looking For

• CPA license (or clear path to licensure)
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or comparable professional environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently and lead complex tax engagements
• Solid technical foundation in corporate tax planning, compliance, and IRS regulations
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven leadership potential with experience or readiness to supervise and develop team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
