What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs for western apparel, boots, and accessories
• Provide expert product recommendations based on fit, quality, durability, and intended use
• Guide customers through sizing and selection for work-appropriate and casual western wear
• Process transactions accurately and professionally at the point of sale
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor and fitting areas
• Build customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during shifts
