PROCESS MONITOR (DAY Shift Megajet-WP)

Join Peco Foods as a Process Monitor for our Day Shift team in Mary Holmes, Clay County. This full-time position is essential to maintaining product quality and operational compliance in our poultry processing facility.

About the Role

As a Process Monitor, you'll oversee critical production activities within our Megajet-WP system, ensuring consistent quality standards and adherence to our strict food safety protocols. Your attention to detail and systematic documentation directly support the success of our daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Weigh butterfly filets throughout your shift and monitor portion control to meet product specifications
• Inspect and assess butterfly filets for quality, recording measurements and averages to maintain production records
• Document process metrics and quality observations for supervisory review and plant records
• Maintain your work area and surrounding spaces in a clean, organized state that meets plant standards
• Follow all written plant policies and operational procedures without exception
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and personal hygiene requirements
• Verify packaging and labeling accuracy according to established plant specifications
• Report any equipment or process concerns to supervisors to prevent disruptions
