About the Role

The Director of Marketing and Communications serves as the strategic voice of the community, developing and executing integrated campaigns that strengthen resident engagement, build brand reputation, and communicate the lifestyle value of homeownership to both current residents and prospective buyers. You'll bridge leadership, residents, guests, and the broader market through intentional, transparent storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with community goals and Board direction
• Create and manage content across digital platforms, print, email, and community channels
• Plan and promote community events, activities, and amenities to drive resident engagement and attendance
• Cultivate strong relationships between leadership, residents, and external stakeholders
• Manage brand identity, messaging consistency, and community reputation across all communications
• Produce internal and external marketing materials including newsletters, announcements, and promotional content
• Measure campaign performance and refine strategies based on resident feedback and measurable results

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related leadership roles
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and tone
• Experience managing community relations, resident engagement, or stakeholder communication
• Comfort with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
• Strategic mindset with ability to align marketing initiatives to organizational priorities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
