Go To Market Enablement – Team Lead

Lead the go-to-market enablement function at Mastercard's Illinois Medical District office in Chicago. As Go To Market Enablement Team Lead, you'll build and manage the team, strategy, and capabilities that equip sales, marketing, and partner organizations to succeed in bringing products and solutions to market effectively.

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position where you'll own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of go-to-market enablement programs and initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally to understand product launches, market opportunities, and organizational readiness—translating that into targeted enablement solutions that accelerate time-to-market and drive team performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop your enablement team to deliver high-impact sales, marketing, and channel enablement programs
• Define go-to-market strategies and enablement roadmaps aligned with Mastercard's business objectives and market opportunities
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to identify enablement gaps and deliver timely, targeted solutions
• Design and oversee content, training, tools, and communications that support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Measure enablement effectiveness through KPIs and business metrics; continuously optimize programs based on feedback and outcomes
• Manage budget, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful program delivery and team execution
• Build and sustain a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of go-to-market, sales enablement, or marketing enablement experience, with 2+ years in a team leadership role
• Demonstrated success designing and launching enablement programs that measurably improved sales productivity or market speed
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix environments
• Experience with enablement tools, learning management systems, and content management platforms
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and communicate program impact to senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence without direct authority
• Leadership capabilities including coaching, talent development, and team building
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
