Product Manager Vajrayana Online

Tergar International, a nonprofit organization pioneering digital meditation training and transforming how people access contemplative wisdom, is seeking a part-time Product Manager for Vajrayana Online. Based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, this role shapes the product strategy and user experience for our digital platforms serving a global meditation community.

About the Role

As Product Manager for Vajrayana Online, you'll lead product vision and execution for a core digital offering that brings ancient Buddhist teachings and meditation practices to modern learners. You'll work at the intersection of mission impact and user needs, partnering across teams to build experiences that serve both our community and organizational goals. This is a part-time position ideal for someone deeply aligned with contemplative practice and product-driven impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Vajrayana Online features and user journeys
• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and translate insights into prioritized product improvements
• Define success metrics and track product performance; share learnings with stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to scope features, resolve trade-offs, and deliver quality experiences
• Understand our community's evolving needs and competitive landscape; identify opportunities for growth and retention
• Champion the user voice in internal decision-making; balance mission alignment with business sustainability

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital products, SaaS, or mission-driven organizations
• Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into strategy
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Genuine interest in contemplative practice, wellness, or nonprofit impact
• Self-directed approach suited to part-time, possibly remote-friendly collaboration
• Experience with product roadmapping tools and user research methodologies
