MSA Professional Services, Inc is seeking an Operations Leader to lead execution and drive excellence across the Land Service Line from our West Baraboo office in Sauk County. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll own project delivery, coordinate our teams and resources, and translate strategic direction into measurable operational success.
About the Role
As Operations Leader for the Land Service Line, you'll take ownership of our service line's project delivery and performance outcomes. Working across Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota locations, you'll align leaders and teams around shared objectives, manage critical resources, and ensure consistent execution that drives client satisfaction and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Direct project delivery execution across the Land Service Line to achieve quality and timeline targets
- Coordinate leadership teams and individual contributors to align efforts with service line strategy
- Manage resource allocation and utilization to maximize project success and team productivity
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and mentor leaders and team members to strengthen organizational capabilities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges and optimize processes
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
