Anchor Point Management Group is hiring a Heart of House Lead at our Lake Sara location in Effingham County, Illinois. This is a full-time position leading kitchen operations and ensuring every meal meets our standards for quality and consistency.

About the Role

As Heart of House Lead, you're the foundation of our kitchen operation. You'll oversee food preparation and production across multiple stations, manage real-time workflow adjustments, and maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety on every shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and produce menu items to exact specifications across multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
• Review and execute prep lists from management, prioritizing tasks based on shift demands and order volume
• Maintain rigorous food safety protocols and proper storage procedures throughout all prep and cooking activities
• Monitor portion accuracy, ingredient freshness, and quality consistency across all menu items
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen team members to sustain service speed and order accuracy
• Respond constructively to feedback and continuously refine techniques to meet operational standards
