As Senior Director, DTP, HIV, Long-Acting Treatment, you'll lead strategic initiatives connecting patients with cutting-edge long-acting HIV treatments. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive direct-to-patient programs that expand access to long-acting HIV treatments
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize patient support services and clinical program operations
• Partner with healthcare providers, infectious disease specialists, and patient advocacy organizations to maximize treatment reach
• Drive strategy for patient enrollment, engagement, support continuity, and outcome tracking across long-acting programs
• Oversee program performance, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality standards
• Identify and implement innovations in patient engagement, treatment delivery models, and care coordination
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare systems and community partners
