About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the friendly face at the front of our store, handling checkout operations, assisting guests throughout their shopping journey, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You're the bridge between our team and our guests, whether you're processing transactions, helping customers find items, managing our cart fleet, or ensuring the store stays clean and organized. This position is essential to Target's mission of helping families discover the joy of everyday life.
What You'll Do
- Process guest purchases quickly and accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer product questions
- Collect and organize shopping carts throughout the parking lot and store entrance
- Handle returns, exchanges, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized checkout lanes and store entrance areas
- Support the team by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and assisting with store operations
- Uphold Target's commitment to guest safety and security
