Sales Consultant – Houston

DRB Homes is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team in Walnut Bend, Houston. This is a full-time position for an experienced sales professional ready to drive new home sales for one of the nation's top private homebuilders.

As a Sales Consultant at DRB Homes in Houston, you'll represent our communities to prospective buyers, guide them through the purchase process, and build relationships that drive our business forward. We're growing our sales leadership team and seeking a results-driven professional committed to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Present homes and communities with detailed product knowledge and professional expertise
• Guide customers through the home selection, design, and financing process
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and referral relationships
• Collaborate with design, finance, and construction teams to deliver great customer experiences
• Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and achieve individual and community sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of new home sales or sales leadership experience
• Strong background in consultative selling and closing residential transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and follow-up habits
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between model homes and communities
