About the Role

As Leasing & Marketing Team Leader, you'll be essential to the day-to-day success of our College Station community. This full-time position centers on leading leasing initiatives, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, managing resident relations, and supporting core property operations. You'll partner closely with the Community Manager to ensure our community thrives and residents feel valued.

What You'll Do

• Lead all leasing activities—conducting property tours, qualifying prospects, processing applications, and closing new residents
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost occupancy and community visibility
• Cultivate strong resident relationships through timely communication, prompt issue resolution, and community engagement initiatives
• Support property operations including lease renewals, maintenance coordination, move-in/move-out logistics, and compliance documentation
• Monitor leasing metrics, marketing performance, and satisfaction scores to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure fair housing compliance and ethical business practices across all community interactions
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and team on events, programs, and strategic property initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in property management, leasing, or residential community operations
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to meet ambitious leasing goals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with customer-service excellence
• Leadership capability and willingness to support team objectives and company culture
• Proficiency with leasing and property management software; Microsoft Office expertise required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Understanding of fair housing regulations and commitment to compliant, ethical practices
