About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor at Alliance Health & Human Services, you'll take charge of clinical oversight for our treatment foster care services in the Danville area. This role combines direct clinical leadership with administrative responsibility, ensuring quality care delivery and maintaining comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation across all programs.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate clinical services for treatment foster care clients and their families in the Schoolfield community
- Provide professional counseling services aligned with evidence-based clinical practices
- Review, maintain, and ensure compliance of all clinical documentation and case records
- Mentor and guide clinical team members in treatment planning and service delivery
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches to support positive outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, family-centered care
What We're Looking For
- Current professional licensure in clinical counseling, social work, psychology, or related mental health discipline
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision or clinical practice within mental health or human services
- Strong knowledge of treatment foster care models and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and support clinical teams
