What This Role Involves
As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll oversee complex electrical projects from planning through completion. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and teams while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position in the commercial and healthcare sectors where your decisions drive project success across multiple job sites in the Western Region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate electrical project teams from bid stage through final closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and profitability targets
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Mentor and develop field teams to maintain consistent quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial and healthcare electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with project management software and electrical estimating tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to visit job sites regularly throughout the Western Region
