Denovo Review, a law firm headquartered in New York with nationwide presence, is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Immigration Attorney for a contract position. This long-term opportunity is based in the US, works fully remote, begins part-time, and scales to full-time as demand grows.

About the Role

As a bilingual Spanish immigration attorney, you'll serve a growing roster of Spanish-speaking clients who need expert legal guidance on immigration matters. This contract role starts at 15 to 25 hours per week, offering the flexibility to expand as your case portfolio increases. You'll be compensated on an hourly basis with performance-based bonuses, giving you clear earning potential as you deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on immigration law matters, including visa options, green cards, citizenship, and deportation defense
• Conduct initial client consultations in Spanish and English to understand their immigration needs
• Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings and administrative hearings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing cases from intake through resolution
• Stay current with changing immigration law and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active bar license to practice law in the United States
• Specialized experience in immigration law or related field
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Proven track record managing immigration cases independently
• Strong client communication and case management abilities
• Reliable home office setup with secure technology and internet access
• Self-directed work ethic suited to remote contract engagement
