What You'll Do Advise clients on immigration law matters, including visa options, green cards, citizenship, and deportation defense Conduct initial client consultations in Spanish and English to understand their immigration needs Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation Represent clients in immigration proceedings and administrative hearings Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing cases from intake through resolution Stay current with changing immigration law and compliance requirements What We're Looking For Active bar license to practice law in the United States Specialized experience in immigration law or related field Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Proven track record managing immigration cases independently Strong client communication and case management abilities Reliable home office setup with secure technology and internet access Self-directed work ethic suited to remote contract engagement About Denovo Review Denovo Review is headquartered in New York and serves clients nationwide.
