About the Role

As an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you'll be the front line of our customer experience, helping individuals and families discover broadband, video, and voice solutions tailored to their needs. This is a full-time position based in our Lakewood location where you'll engage directly with customers, build relationships, and grow our customer base.

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their service needs and recommend Xfinity packages that deliver real value
• Process orders, activations, and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Explain service features, pricing, and promotions in a clear, customer-friendly manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service quality standards
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain knowledge of current Xfinity offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages
• Complete administrative tasks including documentation and record-keeping

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail or customer service experience, ideally in telecommunications or technology
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and drive customer acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections professionally
• Reliable, customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or sales training a plus
