About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll own the diagnostic and repair work on premium Audi vehicles. You'll be the technical resource our team and customers turn to for complex electrical issues, performance diagnostics, and precision repairs across all Audi systems.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth diagnostics on Audi vehicles using factory-level equipment and OEM specifications
- Repair and service Audi powertrains, suspension, electrical systems, climate control, and brake assemblies
- Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and communicate technical findings clearly
- Document all work with accuracy and attention to quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior technicians through complex repairs
- Stay current with Audi technical service bulletins and manufacturer updates
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild Certification or equivalent advanced technician credential
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Audi vehicles across multiple generations
- Expertise with Audi-specific diagnostic tools and factory repair procedures
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with customers and team members
