About the Role

Amazon Flex connects independent delivery drivers with customers across the region. As a Package Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of Amazon, delivering packages directly to homes and businesses throughout Niles and surrounding Cook County areas. This is a full-time position where you control your schedule and build your own delivery business with Amazon's support and technology platform.

What You'll Do

• Pick up packages from Amazon fulfillment centers and deliver them to customers on scheduled delivery routes
• Complete assigned delivery blocks during your scheduled shifts
• Handle packages of varying sizes safely and professionally
• Navigate to delivery addresses using the Amazon Flex app and smartphone GPS
• Collect signatures and delivery confirmation as required
• Maintain your vehicle and ensure it meets delivery standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery questions
